This Position reports to:
Procurement Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for purchasing materials in line with technical specifications, price, delivery schedules, and contractual terms. You will ensure that all purchasing activities comply with corporate policies and procedures, while also contributing your expertise by identifying new suppliers in collaboration with the relevant category team.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the Robotics Business Unit in México.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate Purchase Orders in the system based on requisitions, ensuring alignment with standard procedures. Confirm deliveries with suppliers, monitor progress, and track supplier performance against PO requirements.
• Negotiate agreements with key suppliers, periodically updating price lists and terms and conditions.
• Recommend frame agreements to management and execute them upon approval.
• Analyze and evaluate bids to determine the best value.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Proven experience negotiating supplier agreements.
• Experience in cost-reduction projects.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Advanced English skills.
• Experience in purchasing electrical components is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree completed.
