As part of the Software & Architecture organization in SPS, you will build and evolve internal software applications that directly support daily work across multiple SPS departments.

You will join our newly established office in Brazil to strengthen support for the production facility in Porto do Açu. Your closest peers are based in Brøndby (Copenhagen area), Denmark, and you will collaborate across sites and time zones.

About the role:

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be working with:

• Internal applications supporting different areas in the Subsea Production Systems segment
• C#/.NET and SQL-based data solutions
• Reducing complexity in code and architecture (continuous improvement, refactoring)
• Technology initiatives across SPS
• Close end-user collaboration (discovery → delivery → post-release evaluation)
• Increasing use of AI-enabled tooling and integrations to improve productivity and quality

What you will bring

• 5+ years of experience building software with .NET (C# preferred)
• Strong fundamentals in software design, debugging, and maintainability
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases
• Experience with GitHub (and ideally Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools)
• Experience with Entity Framework Core
• Experience packaging and deploying applications (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus)
• Strong English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with WPF / MVVM Toolkit
• Experience working in agile/product development environments

You will develop simple solutions to complex problems, work small, talk to end-users, release often, and be curious about monitoring the outcome of any release. In between, you will refactor your code on the go, handle non-urgent bugs or work on one of your side-projects.
