This Position reports to:
Junior Team Lead - General Accounting

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing record to report data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions.
• Conducting investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary for any discrepancies.
• Executing accounting analyses and reports in support of finance and business leaders.
• Producing reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing
• Month end book closing activities.
• Processing entire Fixed asset related Daily Transactions (Acquisitions, Retirements, Transfers)
• Performing Monthly Quarterly Fixed Assets Activities (CWIP Aging Analysis/ Capex Movements Preparation.)
• Overseeing the closing of monthly accounts of CAPEX, manage the CAPEX control and approval process.
• Ensure proper accounting procedure over fixed asset acquisition, transfer, impairment, write-off, and disposal.
• Ensure all monthly closing tasks are completed, and FA modules are closed on time as per schedule.
• Review and reconcile monthly fixed asset movement report on regular intervals.
• Co-ordinating and Handling the Audit queries.
• Handling the entire fixed Asset reporting and Internal and External Audit activities.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

A master's degree in accounting, Finance or Commerce (MBA/Mcom) is a must.

• For experienced Analysts, we are looking forward to 4 to 8 years' experience in SAP.
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
