Overview

AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Systems Management Lead where you will work collaboratively as part of a dedicated project. The role is predominantly office/site based in Downtown Toronto. The role will be reporting to the Information Manager.

Your role

• Develop, manage and implement the Common Data Environment (CDE) (Aconex / SharePoint / EcoOnline / dRofus).
• Develop and implement the Document Control Management System.
• Support the Document Control team to ensure that documents are registered and issued in accordance with the document control plan in Aconex.
• Evaluate implementation of CDE through regular auditing and identify any opportunities for improvement.
• Help develop and implement training programs to ensure appropriate use of CDE across the Alliance. Provide training, mentoring and support to the wider project team.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives and track Lessons Learned.
• Develop and implement data process maps and project-specific workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with the IT & Data, BIM, and VDC Teams to scope system changes/improvements and deploy improvement or new features requested by project users (PIMS systems interfaces: Aconex, JD Edwards, Hatch SharePoint, Oracle P6, EcoOnline, dRofus, Avigilon).
• Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, build and implement progress tracking dashboard to communicate performance of documentation & data workflows.
• Identify potential risks to performance and strategies to resolve to Governance Manager.
• Manage and coordinate the document control team ensuring clear responsibility and accountabilities are implemented and team targets are achieved on time.
• Manage IT requirements with parent companies and ensure IT issues are resolved in a timely manner.

About you

• Degree/diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Data Management or Project Management with a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in implementation of Electronic Data Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of Aconex, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, API.
• Relevant construction project experience an asset.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet scheduled deadlines
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor a team to effectively deliver in a fast-paced and complex environment.
• Ability to help teammates to effectively prioritize and facilitate team member growth and development.

*Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $ 100 200 à 131 700 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.

Additional information

Expected compensation for this role is between $86,000 - $115,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
