The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the best possible value for the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise cost savings Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers Monitor supplier performance and compliance Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs Lead a team of procurement professionals Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven leadership and team management capabilities Knowledge of procurement software and tools
