The Diesel Mechanic position repair, install, adjust, and maintain industrial machinery systems both in the field and shop. You'll ensure our equipment meets the highest quality standards while following Weatherford's safety guidelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform repair and maintenance operations on rental equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities for quality assurance and traceability
- Install and replace new or reconditioned parts efficiently and cost-effectively
- Operate lifting devices safely and perform basic cutting, welding, and fabrication
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals and maintain effective communication
- Uphold Weatherford's commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental protection
Qualifications
- 2 years of technical training or equivalent
- 2 years of mechanic/maintenance experience
- Ability to read various types of drawings/schematics
- Basic computer skills
- General electronic and hydraulic knowledge
- Valid driver's license
- Operational knowledge of Weatherford equipment
- Forklift and overhead crane certifications
- Manual handling training
- Post-apprenticeship experience in mechanical engineering
