In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Train users in functional business process areas and guide Order Engineering teams on item attributes to ensure smooth progression in the system.
- Lead the Order Import Interface to maintain clean data for manufacturing execution and manage item hold creation and release processes.
- Collaborate with Project Management to align customer project orders and monitor pricing, deals, and discounts as directed by Global Industry Sales.
- Develop business analytics solutions for reporting and predictive analysis, audit for compliance with standards, and recommend corrections.
- Investigate and propose new system functionalities, perform testing to mitigate risks, and evaluate improvement requests for global optimization.
- Prepare functional requirement specifications, workflow definitions, and documentation for enhancements using Stage Gate and RFC processes.
- Plan, lead, and implement approved business process and systems improvement projects on time and within budget.
- Support data maintenance changes, maintain Level 5 standards, and coordinate with global sites to resolve production issues.
- Represent Flow Controls in Perfect Execution Events, OpEx Audit Teams, and Automation Solutions functional teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years in lieu of degree).
- Experience with Oracle systems and engineering data systems.
- Ability to influence and inspire change across diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering within a manufacturing environment using ERP systems.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
- Solid business and analytical acumen with proven project management experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations processes and production control systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.
