This Position reports to:
Local Division Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing events and diagnosing root causes, preparing reports on energy efficiency and machine performance, and selecting equipment for integration into monitoring systems. You will have the opportunity to support end-users through training and consultations, collaborate on implementing digital monitoring solutions at client sites, and advise clients on optimal operation, performance, and safety.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Analyze events, diagnose root causes, draw conclusions based on data, and provide actionable recommendations to the end client.
  • Prepare reports on energy efficiency and machine performance.
  • Conduct site inventory and select machines for integration into the monitoring system.
  • Provide end-user support, including training, consultations, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of digital monitoring solutions at client sites (including on-site visits).
  • Navigate the monitoring platform efficiently and ensure data updates.
  • Advise clients on optimal operation, performance, downtime prevention and safety.


Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in electric motor diagnostics.
  • Experience in data analysis, monitoring systems, or digital operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and structured approach with attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site visits when required - up to 20%.
  • Familiarity with digital monitoring platforms or industrial automation systems (nice to have).
