We are currently seeking a Subcontract Engineer, reporting directly to Department Manager to join our team based in Bangkok.

About the Job

• Prepare bid package of engineering or construction subcontracting works.
• Prepare bidders list and call for biding.
• Prepare bid clarification and evaluation for Subcontract award.
• Prepare Subcontract agreement to be signed by TET management and
• Subcontractors management.
• Ensure that the Subcontract Agreement has covered all aspects of particular project contractual requirements of the Client.
• Performs entire Subcontracting administration works are executed in accordance with the requirement of Project/Proposal, relevant procedures and within the specified time schedule and financial budget.
• Monitor the progress payment of the Subcontractors work.
• Oversee the contractual matters with regard to the project.
• Act as the focal person for interfacing between the project management and the Subcontractors.
• Verify the request made for any Change Order.
• Continuously monitor the compliance to contractual agreement.
• Close-out the contract with all Change Orders and finalized MTO.

About You

• Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Five (5) to ten (10) years experience in subcontracting/cost relevant function and construction works.
• Good command in English and computer literacy are required
• Good in using spread sheet program, and Database software
• Able to understand engineering drawing and commit material take off
