MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist project manager or Snr. Cost control engineer to set up an overall and detailed budget of the project which basically consist of engineering man hour, material cost and construction cost budget.
• Monitor commitment man hours, cost versus budget
• Evaluate the forecast and analyze the variance versus the budget
• Track change, preparing the change proposal
• Evaluate the final expected cost and issue Project Management Report (PMR), to management, highlighting the area concerned and trend of the project.
• Prepare and monitor project cash flow.
• Follow up on the project invoicing and payment.
• Liaise with accounting for project cost reconciliation.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Five (5) to ten (10) years experience in Project Cost Control is preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering and construction work
