Job Description
Digital Production Technical Sales professionals are responsible for driving technical engagement with customers, promoting SLB's digital production solutions, and supporting the sales cycle with deep technical expertise. They bridge the gap between commercial teams and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are correctly positioned and validated for client needs
Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.

Job Description
Digital Production Technical Sales professionals are responsible for driving technical engagement with customers, promoting SLB's digital production solutions, and supporting the sales cycle with deep technical expertise. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively promote SLB's digital production technologies and services.
- Customer Engagement: Build lasting professional relationships and understand client operational environments.

Technical Support for Sales:
- Prepare bid proposals and technical design options.
- Provide answers to technical questions and validation elements.
- Marketing Support:
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and technology launches.
- Provide input for new product requirements.
- Revenue Accountability: Contribute to achieving yearly assigned revenue targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- More than 7 years of experience
- Prior experience in technical sales or domain solutions roles.
- Background in engineering or production operations with exposure to digital technologies.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate across commercial and technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of production workflows, artificial lift, and digital optimization.
- Ability to position technical solutions commercially.
- Familiarity with SLB digital platforms.
- Understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
- Skilled in influencing stakeholders and handling objections.
- Ability to align solutions with client business objectives.
