The Field Specialists is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery.

• Attain excellence in learning and competency events.
• Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment.
• Mentor others as required.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates should have 5 years minimum of wellhead service experience as well as live within 2 hours of the Pearsall facility.
• Multibowl / Nested Well Head Systems Knowledge.
• Mandrel Hanger / Slip Style Hanger Install.
• Dryrod, BPV, TWC, VR Plug Operation.
• Manual / Hydraulic / Side door Lubricator Operation.
• Tubing Hanger Completion Install.
• Greasing Operations.
• Torque Operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Testing Operations with Test Trailer.

• Frac Operations.
• Wach Saw External / Internal Operation.
• Manual / Hydraulic Valve Repair and Actuator Repair.
• Conventional Well Head Knowledge.
