This Position reports to:
Service Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to own specific service business processes and lead the execution of the needed process changes. Each day, you will define, and track rollout plans and ensure user adoption, business case realization and management support. You will also showcase your expertise by demonstrating sound knowledge of business processes within the relevant industry and acting as an expert in realizing the business's long-term objectives.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Listening to the process user and customer feedback to identify development areas of the process and build the business case for process changes by identifying expected benefits.
• Following up the process KPIs to identify continuous improvement needs of the process.
• Ensuring and supporting implementation of the process across the organization.
• Driving change management by quantifying the user and customer value of the process.

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with advanced skills in systems and platforms, especially Advanced Microsoft Excel (VBA), SAP HANA, SAP ERP 6.0 (including modules MM, PM, PP, SD, FI, BW, BI), and preferably Salesforce.
• Proven ability to develop technical blueprints, assess solution feasibility, and integrate new technologies with existing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including troubleshooting, testing, and analyzing application issues to deliver effective solutions.
• Experience in monitoring system performance, enhancing applications, supporting third-party software, and optimizing internal and cross-functional IS processes.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, preparing wireframes or flowcharts, and providing technical UAT testing, training, and advice.
• Deep understanding of business processes, skilled in IT application design and implementation, and knowledgeable in change and configuration management.
• You hold current VISA/work permit in Australia
