Your role and responsibilities
Drives Business unit in ABB Estonia is looking for Warranty Service Specialist to join the team. In this role you will handle customer service tasks with best quality in the shortest possible time to ensure that customer satisfaction maintains on an excellent level. This is a fixed-term position, with the contract running until the end of January 2027.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will handle customer service tasks with best quality in the shortest possible time to ensure that customer satisfaction maintains on an excellent level. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LIhybrid
- Flawless order handling and customer relationship management to ensure the satisfaction of ABB internal and external customers
- Managing expectations in local sales unit on the case handling and other to support them • Arranging local sales unit cooperation meetings
- Make effort to achieve agreed KPI (key process indicator) targets
Qualifications for the role
- Ability to complete tasks independently and systematically with attention to details
- Customer oriented mindset and Can-do attitude
- Fluency in English language, Estonian and Finnish are an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial
- Knowledge of ERP SAP, Salesforce or other relevant tools is beneficial
- Order-delivery processes or international trading knowledge is beneficial
