We are currently seeking a People & Culture Technology Manager, reporting directly to HR Technology (HRIS) Generalist Manager to join our People & Culture team based in India Operating Center.

Job Purpose:

The HR Technology Generalist is responsible for the delivery of our HR Technology initiatives for several countries. He/she acts as trusted business partner for HR stakeholders and collaborates with the HR Technology Product owners to successfully deliver HR Technology products.

The HR Technology Generalist drives and leads change adoption of global HR processes & technology. He/she collaborates with our partner (the IT team) as well as with the HR Technology Product Owner to deliver superior support services to end users. Besides the support towards the global HR Technology, he/she is also to be expected to manage the potential local HR Technology (incl roadmap, which should be in the context of the global roadmap) as well as to support the local clients (employees, managers and local HR community) with these HR technologies.

Key interactions:

Internally: key interactions: HR Technology (HRIS) Product owners, PCLT (HR Leadership Team), HR Community, Communication, IDS (IT), Data Office, GBS teams (HR and IT) and Sourcing & Procurement

Externally: key interactions: External Service Providers, peers from other companies, communities of experts.

Reporting to: HR Technology (HRIS) Generalist Manager

Directly or indirectly supervises functional consultants or local resources, when applicable

Abou the Job:

The HR Technology Generalist:
  • Acts as trusted business partner for local HR stakeholders and business to make sure that the global HR Technology Product roadmaps are delivered correctly in the countries:
  • Understand the requirements expressed by the business to the project manager
  • Participate to the UAT and share feedback
  • Participate to change management activities
  • Make sure and support the adoption of HR Technology Products by our end users
  • Apply systematic and well-established change management approaches (incl training and communication), knowledge, tools and resources to maximize adoption and minimize business disruptions
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Technology Product Owners to deliver the best support services to end users
  • Optimize people data completeness, consistency, accuracy and timely update in our HR Technology
  • Keep being up to date about (pre) Hire to (post) Retire best practices (in external market) and emerging HR Technologies to be able to challenge and support the HR Technology Owner on his/her roadmap for respective Product
  • Ensure to be aware of the local HR technology landscape for those countries in scope
  • Ensure local needs and local initiatives related to local and global HR Technology for assigned countries fits within Global vision (Business, HR function and HRSD (HR Service Delivery function) and HR Technology Product roadmap
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, organization efficiency and cost reduction

  • English Full Professional Proficiency
  • Scrum master certified is a nice to have
  • Basic understanding of Lean Method.
