Job Description: Principal Project Controls Location: Plainfield, United States Start Date: 09 January 2026 Pay Rate: $80 per hour Job Description: As a Principal Project Controls, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project controls for large-scale construction projects. You will work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures Monitor project progress and performance against established baselines Prepare and analyze project cost reports Identify and mitigate project risks Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in project controls management Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
