About the Role
As our Retail People Relations Coordinator, you will be the initial contact for our Retail Operations team members, triaging concerns and lead some direct-action issues. This role also includes administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate records. This is an ideal role for someone looking to begin their career in HR.

About the Role
As our Retail People Relations Coordinator, you will be the initial contact for our Retail Operations team members, triaging concerns and lead some direct-action issues. Key Responsibilities
- Concern Triage: Be responsible for the team inbox, record and categorise concerns prioritising based on importance and complexity.
- Partnership: Work closely with our P&C Operations & Advisory (O&A) team to provide customer centric support for our retail operations team in Australia and New Zealand
- Query Resolution: Respond and action low level People Relations queries across the employee lifecycle (eg performance and conduct)
- Administrative Support: Providing day-to-day administrative, project and coordination support to the Advisors and Manager.
- Database management: Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date People Relations records and databases.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualifications (desirable).
- Highly organised with high attention to detail, high initiative and proactivity.
- Proven customer service and communication skills.
- Team focused - delivering clear and timely support.
- Problem-solving - assessing concerns and acting appropriately.
- Basic understanding of AU/NZ employment law and policy interpretation is advantageous but not essential
