PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives for assigned department.
• Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
• Manage budget and expenditures.
• Prepare and meet department financial targets.
• Maintain overall responsibility for coordinating repair schedule.
• Serve as a customer liaison.
• Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead repair team
• Verify repairs are being completed in a timely manor
• Verify checks and balances for department
• Assist with any customer complaints or needs
• Assist with any tasks needed by management

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• GED or High School Diploma
• 4 year Degree preferred
• Basic finance experience
• Product knowledge in Pressure Control Equipment (BOP and MPD)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
