About the mission we offer you:
We are currently looking for a [Project Document Management Manager], reporting directly to the [Project Document Management Department Manager], to join our team of [Project Document Managers] based in [Villeurbanne, France].
Two separate tasks are to be considered.
The mission relating to the implementation and monitoring of the pilot GED tool.
During this internship, you will be supported by a mentor who will answer any questions you may have.
Starting Date: April 2026
Duration : 4 to 6 months

- Manage documentation for a Pharmacy project using a pilot GED tool.
Two separate tasks are to be considered.
- The task relating to the position of project documentation manager.
- Drafting project document management procedures, with the support of the Lead
- Managing project documents (engineering and suppliers) using the pilot tool used on the project
- Drafting materials (instructions) for meetings with suppliers
- Attending kick-off meetings with suppliers
- Updating distribution matrices
- Managing the recording and distribution of project documents to the client and various project stakeholders
- Supporting teams in the use of the chosen pilot tool
- Filling in quality indicators and collecting information for the monthly report
- Administering the pilot tool according to the different phases of the project.
The mission relating to the implementation and monitoring of the pilot GED tool.
- Collecting feedback on the tool's features:
- Identifying features that are working correctly
- Identify features that need improvement by the publisher
- Write up the requirements for improvements
- Share these points with the Project Document Management department manager
- Present feedback to the publisher and clarify the expected requirements
- Issue and follow up on reports regarding these improvement requests
During this internship, you will be supported by a mentor who will answer any questions you may have.
