We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Junior Administration Support professional to join our Maritime Crewing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, has experience in logistics, shipping, or transport, and enjoys coordinating multiple tasks with accuracy and a service‑oriented mindset.

Function Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the Crewing and Operations teams
• Maintain and update crew planning systems, personnel files, certificates, and documentation
• Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and onboarding schedules for crew
• Assist in preparing contracts, timesheets, and compliance documents
• Communicate with internal departments, external vendors, and crew members regarding planning and scheduling
• Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor deadlines, validity of certificates, and follow up proactively
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows

Requirements

Who You Are

• You have experience in a fast-paced logistics, shipping, transport, or supply-chain environment
• Strong administrative and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable communicating with various stakeholders
• Strong command of MS Office and digital systems
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
