Fixed-term Contract : 03 months
Key Responsibilities
- Enter Bill of Entry details for all existing and new stock into the Sage ERP system.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized digital records of inventory and supporting documents.
- Cross-check data with source documents such as commercial invoices, Bill of Entry, and shipment details.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and report discrepancies to the relevant department.
- Generate basic reports or summaries as required by management.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock recording.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information responsibly.
- Perform general administrative and data management tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a logistics or inventory environment.
- Hands-on experience with Sage ERP or similar enterprise systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
