Job Title: Construction Coordinator (6 open positions)
Location: Edmonton, AB (candidates MUST be local or willing to relocate at their own expense)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week onsite (may require additional hours depending on project needs)
Contract Length: Feb 2026- Feb 2027 (potential for extensions)
Position Summary: The Construction Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinating construction projects and scheduling activities.
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues.
• Managing project budgets and expenses.
• Providing regular updates on project status to management.

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in construction coordination or project management.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
