Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead 24x7 industrial canteen operations across all shifts, ensuring on-time meal service and orderly flow.
- Plan nutritionally balanced menus aligned to shift needs, cultural preferences, and portion standards.
- Ensure end-to-end food safety and hygiene compliance with FSSAI, ISO (ISO 22000/9001/45001 awareness), EHS, and 5S.
- Govern vendors and contractors (canteen, supplies, housekeeping), enforce SLAs, validate meal counts, and control billing.
- Drive consistent quality, handle employee feedback/complaints, and close CAPA; maintain zero food safety incidents.
- Own canteen safety (fire/electrical, PPE, handling) and staff training; coordinate with HR/Admin/EHS/Security/Medical/Quality.
- Control costs and wastage through data-driven actions; publish monthly MIS on meals, costs, audits, and compliance.
- Support VIP visits, customer audits, and special events; uphold aerospace customer expectations and site standards.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of industrial canteen operations in large plants
- Working knowledge of ISO systems, audits, documentation; FSSAI standards and HACCP basics
- Vendor management, cost control, and SLA governance
- High attention to hygiene, 5S, and compliance; strong communication and team leadership
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting; comfort with digital logs and dashboard

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, or Food Technology
- 6-8 years' experience managing 24x7 shift-based canteens in large manufacturing/aerospace/automotive plants
- FSSAI certification; ISO/EHS audit exposure preferred
- Experience handling multi-vendor environments and large meal volumes
