This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer equipment & accessories supply contracts. You will be managing all operational activities required to meet contractual obligations. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required, oversee order processing, routine reporting, and handle warranty claims; ensure compliance, service quality and customer satisfaction across the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end customer order processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contractual requirements.
• Provide revenue forecast regularly; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of revenue align with the forecast.
• Monitor contract performance to ensure all deliverables, including price review periodic & ad-hoc, regular reporting etc. are conducted and fulfilled as per contract terms.
• Maintaining records of orders, deliveries, and contract‑related documentation.
• Acting as a primary contact for customers for contract related matters. Address customer's commercial and technical queries with support from local or overseas factory team as required.
• Identify and handling warranty claims in accordance with contract terms and company's policy. Overseeing to ensure customer's satisfaction throughout the period of investigation and issue resolution.
• Reporting on potential orders prospect and sharing customer insights with the management.

Qualifications and Competencies

• More than 5 years of experience looking after contract execution or order processing, in an equipment supplying or manufacturing background, or similar industry.
• You have excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple contracts and deadlines.
• You are at ease communicating in English, effectively and efficiently, either verbally or in writing; You are also capable of proactive listening.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skill is essential; preferably you also have experience of using Salesforce and SAP (will be trained).
• Knowledge in electrification product such as switchgear, will be advantageous.
• Technical qualifications in electrical engineering or business administration will be advantageous but not essential.
