Your role and responsibilities

岗位名称:应收账款会计实习生

岗位职责:

1.及时完成应收账款账务的日常和相关月结事项
2.理解业务逻辑,将财务数据与业务场景结合,运用AI、数据分析工具分析数据,挖掘潜在风险与机会,生成可视化报告
3.参与应收账款相关的项目,改进流程,提高自动化水平
4.及时有效专业地响应业务咨询及协作
5.遵循内控及内外审时间和要求,参与内部控制测试并准备相关文件。支持相关内控及审计准备工作
6.良好有效的沟通,确保所有相关利益相关者了解事务状态和进展,以最大限度地提高客户满意度

岗位要求:

1.在实习期内是在校生身份,本科及以上学历,专业不限
2.良好的英语听说读写能力
3.熟悉运用AI,数据等技术工具实现流程自动化与数据分析
4.有较强的逻辑思维及学习能力、沟通能力和抗压能力
5.具有西班牙语、德语、韩语能力的优先考虑
