This Position reports to:
Order Handling Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will oversee supplier qualification processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and documentation requirements. You will manage customer master data activities, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across systems.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Master data management of our customers through our internal portal.
• Activation of new customer accounts via our MyABB portal.
• Monitoring the status of orders, verifying deliveries, and following up on delays.
• Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.
• Managing daily operational activities on the client's portal, ensuring accurate updates, smooth workflows, and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional departments, facilitating effective communication and alignment to support project and operational needs.

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor Degree in Economics or Foreign Languages.
• Knowledge of SAP would be considered a plus.
• A good knowledge of English, Italian and MS-Office tools.
• A collaborative, proactive and solution-focused approach, and good written and spoken communication skills.
