We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-P&C, reporting directly Associate General Manager - P&C to join our People & Culture Function based in Noida, India.

About the opportunity we offer:

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
  • Create People plans that support business objectives.
  • Engage & work with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Employee Engagement and Initiatives- Improve Morale, productivity & effectiveness
  • Build processes and policies that improve Employee Value Proposition
  • Training & development-training need analysis, Analyze the skill development requirement, Suggest & Implement training programs for upskilling & reskilling workforce
  • Develop and implement employee engagement activities- Touch-points like 1-on-1s, Skip levels, Rewards & recognition programs, surveys etc.
  • Collaborate with COEs of Talent Management & Talent Development in running programs.
  • Ensure that policies and actions comply to Statutory regulations by government / non-government bodies.
  • Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience to recommend systemic improvements.
  • Manage the exit process of employees
  • Manage, Own and Maintain all communication and records required for Statutory compliances.
  • Ensure timely audit closure.
  • Conduct new hire induction and orientation program
  • Train, mentor and work on HR best Practices in the industry
  • Prepare monthly payroll input and work in close coordination with the payroll team
  • Support TA activities as and when needed
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Assist in HR Policy updation and communication to all employees
  • Ensure correct data maintenance in HCM and in between checks to update or rectify the data


About you:

  • 7-9 years of experience as HRBP, HR Generalist role
  • Masters in human resources/ MBA or any related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good MS Office skills/MS Excel
  • Must be flexible
  • Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work at all levels - Strategic, operational, and tactical
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
  • Good in documentations & reporting
  • Data driven decision making
  • Experiences in: HR Generalist role, HRBP role with ability to work on data and understand data
