Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation professional with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and support automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and best practices, including documentation and deployment standards.
• Provide support during UAT, production rollout, and handover, ensuring solution stability.
• Collaborate within an agile team, actively participating in the development process, and working closely with the Scrum Master to deliver Digital Products.
• Analyze, discuss, and document new functionalities to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
• Assist the Scrum Master with creating ordered product backlog.Assist the Scrum Master with Stakeholder communication and management.
• Understanding problems and gathering requirements.Providing recommendations and insights based on data analysis.
• Participate in sprint planning, sprint review, stand-ups, and retrospective.
• Take ownership of, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, while coordinating communications and facilitating the resolution of risks, issues, and changes associated with the backlog.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow design.
• Experience with system integration and data handling
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and security controls
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Advantage: Experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) , Exposure to AI Builder, CoE setup, or Azure integration, Background in operations, supply chain, finance, or shared services
