Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields)

Experience

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Buyer/Purchaser in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, or industrial projects.
• Experience handling local and/or international procurement, vendor coordination, and field expediting.
• Good communication skills with Local Vendors.
• Expert knowledge of construction and process management.
• Advantage: experience working on EPC onshore projects, especially in operational plant environments (refinery, petrochemical), consistent with Global EPC procurement and construction project domains.
