Job Family: Real Estate About the Role Join the client as a Global Quality Manager Lead within our central Building Excellence team. In this pivotal role, you will define and drive the global Quality Management strategy for construction program, overseeing investments exceeding €2 billion in new factories, expansions, offices, and innovation centers worldwide. Your mission is to ensure that all construction projects meet world-class quality standards, comply with international regulations, and align with the client strategic goals such as Zero Harm and climate neutrality. You will lead global initiatives to harmonize quality practices, implement digital quality tools, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across regions. Snapshot of Your Day Imagine shaping global footprint by setting quality benchmarks for projects that power the energy transition. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, develop global guidelines, and monitor performance through advanced digital dashboards and KPIs. How You'll Make a Difference • Define and implement a global Quality Management Strategy aligned with the client sustainability and safety objectives. • Develop and maintain global quality standards, harmonizing regional practices for consistency across all projects. • Lead quality audits, gate reviews, and compliance checks for large-scale industrial construction projects. • Oversee supplier and contractor quality performance, ensuring adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements. • Drive digital transformation in quality management through BIM-based tools, dashboards, and automated reporting. • Design and deliver global training programs to build quality capability across project teams. • Benchmark quality performance against industry leaders and implement continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or Business Administration. • 10+ years of experience managing global industrial construction projects with a strong focus on quality. • Expert knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, LEED, BREEAM) and compliance frameworks. • Proven leadership in cross-functional, multicultural environments and experience driving organizational change. • Strong skills in risk management, compliance auditing, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Proficiency in digital quality tools, data analytics, and BIM-based systems; advanced Excel, PowerBI skills. • Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English is essential.
