This is a rare opportunity to join as one of the few key early hires, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the platform executes, scales, and delivers projects from the ground up.With a strong pipeline underway, the immediate focus is pre-construction and site progression, evolving into full end-to-end development delivery as projects move into execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive development and execution across the full lifecycle: feasibility, due diligence, pre-construction, delivery and handover to OperationsLead pre-construction planning and readiness, ensuring projects are set up for successful deliveryCoordinate internal and external stakeholders including consultants, engineers, technical advisors and delivery partnersSupport strategy and delivery planning aligned to hyperscale customer requirements and AZ-level expectationsProvide clear governance, structured reporting, and strong risk management to meet investment-grade outcomesContribute to building scalable development processes as the platform growsKey RequirementsExperience across data centre development or major infrastructure projects (energy assets / industrial / mission-critical facilities)Strong capability in pre-construction execution and development deliveryCommercially minded, outcomes-driven, and confident operating in a lean, high-accountability environmentAble to engage credibly with technical stakeholders; electrical engineering background preferredOpen to relocation (Sydney preferred)Why This Opportunity?Opportunity to join a fund-backed platform build at an early stageHigh ownership role with visibility across strategy, delivery, and portfolio growthMeaningful influence in shaping how the platform scales and executes future projectsStrong pipeline with site progression underway and expected ground-breaking mid next year
