About the job
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
General areas of responsibility on project:
- Day to Day coordination of all crane and rigging activates on project
- Premobilization inspection of cranes for the project
- Execute heavy lift activities for project
- Ensure adherence to safety program
Specific roles and responsibilities within these areas:
- Oversee crane lifts, proper rigging practices, crane inspections
- Crane safety- write green lift documents and critical lift type A documents
- Perform rigging inspections/audits
- Perform crane inspections/audits
- Supervise critical lifts of contractors
- Evaluate/audit crane operator, rigger and signal person qualifications
