The Field Ops/Bus Unit Project Leader is responsible for leading a team to develop the specification of applications and services for an assigned project for internal or external customers, and has full responsibility for the completion of the project.

• Support service Product Lines selling process; communicate revenue opportunities, and participate in the preparation of tailored offerings and formal service proposals to potential customers (typically in SIS).
• Communicate customer product requests and enhancements internally and drive their resolution.
• Understand the competitive advantages of our test solutions and services and how these differences translate to customers benefits.
• Translate customers' current and future problems into solutions available through field services.
• Develop a thorough understanding of customers and their business environments.
• Know customers' key participants on a specific project.
• Lead project teams of Application Specialists in the development of interface solutions, engineering development, applications contracts and productivity enhancements.
• Provide application development support as a Senior Application Specialist in the assigned Product Line.
• Provide program or project tracking for the assigned tasks and customers.
• Ensure that all project activities remain on schedule.
• Identify project issues or delays and work rapidly and effectively to resolve them.
