Responsibilities

-Ensure an efficient handover process from construction to commissioning and finally to the operations organization (RFOC).
-Facilitate the handover of commissioning packages and ensure all supporting documentation is complete.
-Plan and liaise with the operations receiving team to coordinate handover activities.
-Participate in walkdowns and handover meetings to verify project completion and documentation quality.
-Guarantee the quality of technical data and documentation provided to the end-user operations team.
-Proactively drive progress across various disciplines and suppliers to meet project milestones.

Required expertise

-Technical college or engineering degree in a mechanical, electrical, automation, or equivalent discipline.
-A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Mechanical Completion (MC) and commissioning within oil and gas projects, preferably including offshore or Power from Shore experience.
-Solid experience with punch and MC processes, project coordination, and the use of completion tools such as PIMS.
-Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team.
-Strong understanding of interdisciplinary work, system-oriented completion, and relevant industry standards (e.g., NORSOK, ATEX, IEC).
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across different teams and organizations.
-A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on HSE and quality.
-Familiarity with the PIMS system is considered an advantage.
Language: English
Location: Børdalen or Årskog, Norway, with required weekly presence and offshore work.
