Construction Coordinator Job Description Location: None Specified Start Date: 15 January 2026 Pay Rate: $49 Per Hour Job Description: The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. They will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of the construction process. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule construction activities Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met Manage budgets and expenses Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction Maintain accurate records and documentation Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Coordinator or similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management software Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
