This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:
Service Segment Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities :

Work model: onsite

• Proficiency in understanding ,analyzing, and summarizing robot service product information /data.
• Collect new ideas as inputs for product development & optimization
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trend, competitive landscape, customer need
• Ability to build up collaborative relationships with cross-functional team
• Training of sales team and creation of brochures, videos and marketing materials
• Project management
• Other work assigned by management

Qualifications for the Role:

• Master's degree or higher
• Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and self-learning ability
• Good communication and coordination skills, willingness to take on challenges, and innovative mindset
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel
