Function Description
At iPS Powerful People, we are proactively building a pool of experienced Electro‑Technical Officers (ETO) for upcoming offshore projects worldwide. This is not linked to a specific vacancy, but part of an ongoing campaign to connect with highly skilled ETOs who are ready to mobilize as soon as the right opportunity becomes available.
As an Electro‑Technical Officer (ETO), you are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical and electronic systems onboard the vessel. This includes power generation and distribution systems, automation and control systems, navigation and communication equipment, and mission‑critical offshore systems such as DP, cranes, jack‑up systems, and auxiliaries where applicable.
You ensure full compliance with electrical safety standards, maritime regulations, and international codes, and actively contribute to the vessel's safety management system.

Requirements
To qualify for this job, see the below requirements:
- BOSIET / or HUET (FOET) with CA+EBS;
- Medical certificates;
- GWO Working at Heights and GWO Sea Survival (Beneficial);
- STCW certification needed for position;
- High Voltage;
- ETO CoC;
- Experience onboard various offshore vessels;
- Good level of English.
