We are currently seeking a Indirect Procurement Intern to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.
Successful candidates would be offered 8 months of internship.

The Indirect Procurement Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing suppliers for non-production goods and services including categories such as IT, Building & Facilities, HR services, professional services, transportation & logistics and corporate expenses. This role ensures that the company receives high-quality goods and services at competitive prices, in compliance with company procedures and policies, while maintaining supplier relationships and supporting internal stakeholders.

Main Accountabilities:
Supplier Management
- Assist with raising NDAs requests when necessary.
- Assist with supplier follow up on ITBs and POs.
Procurement Operation
- Assist with the creation of Bidders List, Bid Opening Form, Commercial Bid Tabulations & Purchase Order modules in procurement tools and manual files.
- Assist in following up with the approvals in the procurement tools and manual copies.
- Filing of documents in drive folders.
- Assist with updating reports.
About you:
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related fields (preferred).
- Strong MS Office 356 applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,etc) knowledge.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
