We are currently seeking a Manager Procurement to join our team bases at MMY Dahej Operating Centre, Gujarat, India.

Key Interactions:

• Collaborated cross-functionally with Project Engineers, Managers, and critical internal departments (e.g., Store, Welding, Maintenance, Planning) to align procurement strategies with operational needs.
• Managed a diverse stakeholder network, serving as the primary liaison between internal Project/Operations teams and external Vendors/Suppliers.
• Fostered strong partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution

About the mission we offer you:

• Manage and coordinate all procurement activities for assigned items, serving as the subject matter expert and providing leadership and direction to the team.
• Ensure meticulous and compliant documentation for all procurement transactions to successfully pass internal and external audits without non-conformity.

Abou the Job:

• Identify potential suppliers and maintain relationships with current ones. Evaluate and choose suppliers based on various factors, including cost, quality, reliability, and compliance.
• Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, encompassing price, payment terms, and delivery schedules, to secure favorable agreements.
• Create, oversee, and manage purchase orders, ensuring they are accurate and complete. Monitor and track purchase orders throughout the procurement process.
• Conduct cost analyses and comparisons to determine the most cost-efficient suppliers and products while upholding quality standards.
• Continuously evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns related to quality, timeliness, or other relevant factors.
• Perform cost analyses, manage budgets, identify savings, and implement risk mitigation for supply chain disruptions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships; monitor vendor performance and conduct reviews.
• Work closely with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure compliance and efficient operations
• Mange end-to-end supply chain, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Should have knowledge of Imports, Export & Indian EXIM processes.
• Should have knowledge of Audit processes (ISO, ASME, ISMS etc.)
• Give expert guidance & direction to team members

About You

Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

• Minimum 08 to 10 years of work experience in Procurement in case of Bachelors Degree.
• Minimum 12 to 15 years of work experience in Procurement in case of Diploma.
• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in any Engineering fields.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Familiarity with pertinent procurement regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and influential skills
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Ability to lead and motivate team
• Fluency in professional English
• Familiar with CODES and Standards
