Job Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling)
• Create 3D BIM models for inside and outside building scope
• Able to create BIM model out side the building for road, Oily water, storm water, sanitary water, landscaping and hardscaping system as well as site development.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from 3D BIM model for buildings and outside building scope.
• Implement BIM standards (LOD definitions, shared parameters, naming, work-sharing).
• Understand and implement industry BIM standards.
• Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards.
• Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design.
• Interact with engineers, architects, and clients to coordinate BIM modeling and drawings.
• 14+ Year of experience in relevant field.
• Equivalent Degree
