Responsibilities
- Champion QHSE Excellence: Ensure compliance with corporate governance, HSE, security, and OEPS/API/ISO standards, embedding a zero-harm culture across operations.
- Lead Quality & Management Systems: Own the integrity and effectiveness of management systems, driving continuous improvement and service quality across locations.
- Oversee Operations & Risk Management: Manage audits, incident reporting, management of change, and operational risks to safeguard product and service quality.
- Supplier & Customer Alignment: Govern supplier quality protocols, participate in bids/tenders, and collaborate with Service Delivery to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and report insights to leadership for decision-making and improvement opportunities.
- Financial Accountability: Ensure responsible budget management and cost control while adhering to company financial policies.
- People Leadership & Development: Build and mentor high-performing teams, supporting talent management, succession planning, and employee growth.
- Ethical Leadership & Stakeholder Communication: Demonstrate values-based leadership and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience managing ISO/API management systems
- Knowledge of company products, services, and enterprise systems
- Understanding of budget processes and fiscal responsibilities
- Familiarity with relevant equipment, processes, and business unit operations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership, team building, and communication (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Ability to foster a positive, cooperative work environment
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Experience with budget/financial management
- Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, API Q2
Travel Requirement: Up to 50-75% domestic and international travel
Qualifications
Required:
- Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance role
- Root Cause Analysis / Incident Investigation training
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- ASQ Certification (CQA, CMQ/OE)
- Industry-recognized certifications: CQM, CQE, CQA, CRE, CRMP, Lean, ISO
- Membership in relevant professional societies
