We want a planet that is worth living on. With our applied research on the circular economy, carbon management, green hydrogen, and local energy systems, we are making concrete contributions to achieving the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Our employees conduct research in the fields of energy, the environment, safety, health, communication, and mobility.
Heat storage systems play a crucial role in the current energy transition, as they help to use renewable energy sources efficiently and stabilize the energy supply. In times of fluctuating energy production, heat storage systems enable flexible and demand-oriented heat supply, offering both economic and ecological advantages. In view of global efforts to protect the climate and promote sustainability, the importance of innovative heat storage solutions will continue to grow in the future.
