- Establish a deep understanding of DeltaV, its complementary products and the infrastructure on which it is deployed;
- Take ownership of deployment projects - from the proposal and design, through to site execution.
- Perform maintenance tasks on customers systems;
- Support the sales team to promote and sell products and services in our portfolio;
- Be included in the on-call rota, ready to respond to customer emergencies;
- Embrace the "Think Customer" culture and build positive relationships with our customers.
- We deploy a wide variety of products from the DeltaV portfolio, with a significant Cybersecurity focus including Backup & Recovery, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, and Application Whitelisting
Who You Are:
- You build the customer relationships. You align words and actions to model reliability. You stay on top of new communications technologies. You try different solutions for problems and learn from the results.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Enjoys being hands-on with installing and maintaining hardware and software on
- customers sites;
- Is comfortable interacting with customers;
- Understands computer, network and control system architectures, including Virtualisation.
- Is capable of installing Microsoft Windows and DeltaV applications;
- Resolves issues in a calm and structured manner, knows their limits and calls on support from others when needed;
- Can write project and report documents;
- Is flexible to meet the demands of our customers, which includes being willing to occasionally work offshore, unsociable hours and weekends;

- BSc in Engineering or equivalent work-based experience;
