In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Establish a deep understanding of DeltaV, its complementary products and the infrastructure on which it is deployed;
• Take ownership of deployment projects - from the proposal and design, through to site execution.
• Perform maintenance tasks on customers systems;
• Support the sales team to promote and sell products and services in our portfolio;
• Be included in the on-call rota, ready to respond to customer emergencies;
• Embrace the "Think Customer" culture and build positive relationships with our customers.
• We deploy a wide variety of products from the DeltaV portfolio, with a significant Cybersecurity focus including Backup & Recovery, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, and Application Whitelisting

For This Role, You Will Need:

• BSc in Engineering or equivalent work-based experience;
• Enjoys being hands-on with installing and maintaining hardware and software on
• customers sites;
• Is comfortable interacting with customers;
• Understands computer, network and control system architectures, including Virtualisation.
• Is capable of installing Microsoft Windows and DeltaV applications;
• Resolves issues in a calm and structured manner, knows their limits and calls on support from others when needed;
• Can write project and report documents;
• Is flexible to meet the demands of our customers, which includes being willing to occasionally work offshore, unsociable hours and weekends;
