Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Financial Systems Architect to design and integrate enterprise financial systems. This role requires a blend of financial expertise and systems architecture skills to provide strategic advice on ERP capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant financial processes.

The role involves working closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated ERP solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions connecting front-end modules, operational systems, and financial modules

• Analyse financial and business requirements to architect scalable and efficient system integration approaches

• Define integration standards, data mapping logic, and financial posting rules across systems

• Develop system design documentation including flowcharts, data models, and integration maps

• Ensure ERP systems are secure, scalable, and compliant with financial and regulatory requirements

• Provide strategic input on ERP financial capabilities and system optimisation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system design, implementation, and change initiatives

• Support troubleshooting and optimisation of financial system integrations

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ERP, ACCA) are highly desirable

• Experience with ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)

• Proven experience in ERP system design and implementation, particularly within financial modules

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to translate financial requirements into technical system designs

• Strong documentation and systems modelling skills

• Experience working across finance and IT teams

• Detail-oriented with structured approach to system architecture
