This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.

You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Schedule and coordinate service jobs, technicians, and workshop capacity to meet delivery targets.
- Manage customer communication, including bookings, updates, quotations, approvals, and follow‑ups.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, system records, WHS requirements, and cost capture.
- Coordinate parts supply and service delivery to minimise downtime and ensure quality handover.
Qualifications for the role
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or workshop administration with regular interaction across technicians, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows‑based computer systems.
- Experience working in a repair shop, service centre, or technical service environment.
- Exposure to ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) and familiarity with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.
- Industry experience within machinery, electrical, or industrial equipment environments.
