As a participant in the Automation & Simulation Engineering Bootcamp 2026 program, you will have the opportunity to turn theory into hands-on knowledge, see how everything you learn is transposed into real-life solutions, and experience a professional and dynamic environment. Also, you will get to learn from our cool trainers and experts and interact with fellow students from different technical fields. There are 8 engineering fields in our department that you can choose from: Electrical & Instrumentation, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Simulation, Power & Water Solutions, Process Automation Systems, Information Networks, Proposal Engineering and European Learning & Development Center.
One of the eligibility criteria is to be a 3rd-year student at an Engineering Faculty or a 2nd-year student at a Non-engineering Technical Faculty.
This program is equivalent to the University summer practice, it will take 6 weeks (8 hours/day) between July 13 and August 21, 2026, and it will be paid.

- Understand Emerson's industrial software portfolio and solutions.
- Work individually and within a team on software and hardware control systems solutions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- To be a 3rd-year student at an Engineering Faculty or a 2nd-year student at a Non-engineering, Technical Faculty.
- To be proficient in Romanian & English (written and spoken).

- Basic understanding of process control and MS Office.
- Experience working in project teams.
