The successful candidate will provide market intelligence, advise on role design and hiring approaches, and directly source talent through market mapping and pipelining when needed. They will own the full candidate lifecycle-from initial engagement through offer negotiation-ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and inclusive hiring experience. Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, recruitment intelligence, and hiring best practices
- Help refine job descriptions, establish success metrics, and define go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the sourcing team.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for senior-level, niche, or business-critical roles.
- Partner with sourcing specialists or independently conduct market mapping, direct outreach, and talent pipelining when necessary.
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end candidate journey from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Lead compensation and offer negotiations in alignment with company policy and internal equity.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and maintain accurate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years recruitment experience, including full life cycle recruiting.
- Proven success in managing senior-level or hard-to-fill searches across functions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Workday).

- Experience recruiting in a global or matrixed environment.
- Familiarity with competency-based interviewing and structured hiring practices.

- High level of emotional intelligence and negotiation skills.
