What you will do
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and provide expert guidance on procurement matters
- Develop and implement category management strategies for infrastructure and civil categories
- Oversee the sourcing pipeline and forecast activities, supporting the team where needed
- Collaborate with global category teams to maximize value through joint procurement efforts
- Contribute to process improvement, simplification, and reinforcement of existing procedures
- Prepare and present procurement strategies, risks, and savings to senior management
- Develop and maintain systems to ensure effective service delivery and compliance
What you will bring to the role
- 5-7 years of procurement experience in CAPEX projects and non-CAPEX spend in different sectors of delivering high value/critical Sourcing projects alongside strong best
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Procurement, or Logistics
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and contract management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and e-procurement tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Strong self-starter with demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process automation
- Advanced competency in Microsoft 365 suite; familiarity with Power BI or Power Automate
- Willingness to work towards Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) qualification
