What you will do
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and provide expert guidance on procurement matters
  • Develop and implement category management strategies for infrastructure and civil categories
  • Oversee the sourcing pipeline and forecast activities, supporting the team where needed
  • Collaborate with global category teams to maximize value through joint procurement efforts
  • Contribute to process improvement, simplification, and reinforcement of existing procedures
  • Prepare and present procurement strategies, risks, and savings to senior management
  • Develop and maintain systems to ensure effective service delivery and compliance


What you will bring to the role
  • 5-7 years of procurement experience in CAPEX projects and non-CAPEX spend in different sectors of delivering high value/critical Sourcing projects alongside strong best
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Procurement, or Logistics
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and contract management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and e-procurement tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Strong self-starter with demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process automation
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft 365 suite; familiarity with Power BI or Power Automate
  • Willingness to work towards Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) qualification


Job Based In

London Head Office with regular travel to key sites required. A full driving licence and own transport will be essential to meet this requirement Hybrid working arrangement available.
