We are looking for a Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team, working for a leading EPC based in Murton.

• Initial 12 month contract
• Site Based
• Outside IR35

Job description:

• Lead and manage all civil construction activities related to the onshore substation, including site preparation, foundations, buildings, access roads, drainage, and utilities.
• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation in coordination with project management and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of works.
• Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical or logistical issues as they arise.
• Review and approve civil engineering drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Manage construction budgets, track costs, and report on financial performance.
• Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, local authorities, and utility providers.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.

Qualifications

• Relevant Degree or certifications
• Relevant experience
